I turn to the monkey.

We have this contractor working with us. Him and I share a small office. Hes an ok guy, i wouldn't spend time after work with him per say, but we get along fine during work hours.

anyways, he keeps talking and his actions are stating that he is one depressed dude. He then talks about shooting himself and or someone else taking him out of his misery. Hes ex navy, so i know he knows stuff.

I don't know how srs he is, but one of those things i don't think someone should take a chance on. Who do i talk to to see if he does need some real help? I don't want him to hurt himself or someone else. He dosent have family here, and I don't know any of his outside of work acquaintances. I can call the contractor, i know his boss, but not sure he would do anything? Over reacting?

Front Range, dude...
When he talks, turn to him and look him in the eye. Listen to what he says, dont just smile and nod. Show him you care about what he is saying, and can/will get him help. Dont let him down...
