i'm looking for Gemini DH framset ,and i wanted to ask if there are any differences between 04 and 05 models?i've heard that 04 models had weak headtube and can't use,or better not to use forks with more than 7inchs of travel.Thanks for help

The 04 frames were solid as anything- you won't have an issue destroying the headtube. The only "problem" with the bike is that the bearings in the floating brake seem to need replacing regularly. In 05 they put an extra gusset under the headtube and altered the cable routing.

I know the '04 was rear quick release, the '05 is 12mm through axle.

No, the 04 was bolt through. It runs the oval axle thing.
