Building up a gemini DH.

It apparently has a 68mm BB can anyone confirm this?
Will XT M670/761 cranks fit?

Is the e13 gemini specific back plate the only chain guide solution?

Is it possible to run without the floating brake arm?

Will be running a 66SL up front (150-170mm).
Does a standard 1.5 reducer headset fit this frame?
Should I go for a flush or regular headset?

Anyone tried a Manitou Evolver or DHX air on this frame?
The very low leverage ratio of the frame might work well with an air shock ???

Complete specs will be:

Large Gemini DH
Swinger 6 way
66 SL
ex823 on Hugi FR (20mm, 135 X 12mm)
Highroller ST 2.35 UST
e13 SRS
I Beam + Bell Air SL
XT cranks
XTR shifter/derailer
Saint Brakes
Wellgo Mag Pedals

1. need the floating brake arm, theres no brake mounts on the frame.
2. The e-13 is ure best bet.
3. regular 1.5 reducer headset will work. Go for the double xc flush from cane creek.
4. dunno about the rest GL

gross and ditch the swinger

Will XT M670/761 cranks fit? It can fit!

Is the e13 gemini specific back plate the only chain guide solution? Yeup..E13 is the best to fit on gemini.

Is it possible to run without the floating brake arm? For the Gemini isn't possible to run W/O floating.

Go for E-thirteen headset.

One of my friend he has using the DHX air if the track is smooth and need pedal a lot like Sea otter course.

My XT's worked fine and I used the e13 specific backplate...the holes don't match up if you dont....here's an early pic before I switched over to XT....D
