We loved the 2013 Kona Process DL. They scrapped the bike for 2014 and replaced it with a new line of both 29er and 650b bikes. Why? We went looking for answers in our latest Blueprint Series video. We've also put more than 600 miles and 150,000 feet of descending on the new bikes and have in-depth reviews of all three 2014 Kona Process models. Here's the most in-depth coverage you'll find of a bike line that should turn heads this coming season.

Great stuff! The Blueprint series is just a fantastic idea.
And you've now done one on two of my dream bikes (the 111 and 134).
Will eagerly await a "proper" review on them in the mag.
cheers

BTW, speaking of the 134 that "weighs a lot less than many carbon offerings," did you happen to weigh the bikes? Any indication of frame weights maybe?

I'm a believer in long top tubes and short stems now. I have mostly ridden small bikes with about a 21.5 tt +- and my XC days a 100 mm stem. My last bike only came as small as a medium so that's what I got (after thorough test riding) and with a shot stem the thing rides really well. Makes a lot of sense. Didn't Fisher genesis bikes have this?

Seb, which would you reckon is a better "all-around" bike, the 134 or the 111? Having a SS background I tend to favor suspension designs (and rear travel) on the more pedaling efficient side of the equation and am debating between a short-travel 29er and a mid-travel 650B.
