me being stupid as usual, i couldn't get my elixir cr to have enough pad contact, so i twisted the pad contact to the left to give more, all they way till it popped out. the black seal ring near the spring broke, and i heard some crunching inside. What parts do i need to get this up and running again?

If it's the o-ring that sits in the red adjuster you cannot replace it if I recall correctly.

Unless they have started to supply them now, you will have to buy a complete adjuster and adjoining cylinder. (the red adjuster part and the outermost silver part come as a set).
