Did anyone have try to use the following setup? Due to I would like to buy a new brakeset for my bike.

Avid Juicy 7 brake lever and code caliper or
Avid Juicy ultimate and code caliper (Like Sam hill running that one...ar..!)

By the way, I have talk with my friend about the juicy 7 comment and he said they are some corrsion which has been happen on the brake lever and his bike hasn't ride for 4-5 months.

He found the caliper which has been jam and locking the rotor.:poster_oops:

Did anybody happen this issue before?

i have had my juicys jammed before too, i think its something to do with the hot weather in asia, as juicys go through seals very fast there. but when i asked around here, no one has had problems with them.

and yea, all the avid hydro brakes are compatible, i would like an ultimate leaver with juicy calipers.... that or formula oros.:)

i have carbons this past year and 7's the year before and have no problems whatsoever. My plan is to eventually get ultimate levers for them to save a bit of weight, but can't afford it at the moment. Oh well.
