Biggins isn't making it up either. Our state is currently in multiple lawsuits with coal plants in the "wind" stream upwind from WNC. You should see how nasty hazy it gets here. Asheville is in a valley on the back Eastern side of the Appalachian spine. The pollution pools here and you can tell it's not a cloud.

Kenan's International contributes exponentially as well. :D

they don't need to be located here for us to get the air pollution from them. Like i said much of it actually floats down from Ohio and surrounding states north of us due to the mountains and wind patterns. Not to say that we don't have our fair share of smoke belching crap on our side of the mountains.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. The funny thing is they say the same thing here. Our valley, between the Cumberlands and the Smokies traps the TVA pollution. So if its trapped here I can't imagine how its getting to your side of the mountains???? Not saying there isn't truth to the inversion effect but if it escapes our valley to pollute your valley a. that shoots a hole in our trapped air theory and b. if it escaped our valley, why isn't it escaping your valley.

Don't steal our trapped, polluted air. What and who could be blame for our higher than normal asthma?
