Just wondering if anybody here lives in Ontario and if they are planning on doing the Becel Ride for Heart.
It's going to be a lot of fun, I did the 75km route in a little over 2 hours and that was with my **** ass bike that wouln't even go into the higest gear for the decents, but no excuses that was still a really quick ride for me at the time.
It's not a race but a fundraiser, where they close off a large section of the Don-Valley Parkway.
I'm still going to try and do it sub 2 hours this time if I can, I know that I am in a lot better shape then I was compared to last June, and it's not even April.
