I can rebuild the 08 quite easily, but haven't been able to find a quick how-to on the net for the newer Fit assembly.
Any help?

Yep. Only cart rebuild info, not a simple disassembly walkthrough. I'm assuming just unbolt and knock the bottom two nuts and separate.
