The funny thing is according to the CNN article its cut taxes to the wealthy so they can hire more people, hmm sounds like trickle down economics to me. So the repubs won't vote for it just because Obama came up with it.

Uh, it primarily is going to benefit rich white Americans but drudge is using a picture that promotes the idea of reparations or that people like this black woman are going to be the main beneficiaries of all of this "taxpayer money".
