Sent out a 66rc, sherman slider +, and a oem stance blunt for work the same day and they each got received by both companies on the same day.

What I sent them in for
66rc: bad rebound cart out of the box
slider +: spv leg locked out
oem stance: after 4 months of riding on it, the 100mm travel fork now gets about 5mm of travel and a metallic clunking sound when compressing.

Got the 66rc back yesterday, after they received it last week. The rebound cart is fixed.

Still waiting on Manitou.

Yeah, that sounds right. Marzocchi service rules! I think Manitou's service may be a bit slower, since they have so many products they have to service.
