I have an XTR front post mount caliper and I was considering a new fork and going REBA which would require either a new caliper or an adaptor. But I was also thinking of getting a larger centerlock rotor up front and keeping a the post mount caliper and using an adaptor of some kind. Any one know what I would need?

I would say keep the caliper and get a larger rotor. I have XTR calipers on my trail bike and I put a 180 rotor on the front - it's awesome! You can go 203 as well.

If you go with a REBA and want to stick with your 160 rotor you can use the Shimano adapter for IS to Post.

Hope that helps
