I would have loved this 10 years ago. Now, with remote droppers? Meh. Neat idea though I suppose.

I prefer less buttons/levers to touch on the handle bar. Get rid of front derailleur and lever for eventual dropper post thus making cockpit cleaner.

I understand that some prefer dropper posts, I wait for a XTR electronic, Bluetooth enabled one.

I've never understood that complaint. You've got some cables/hoses already. What's another, when the performance benefit is so high?

Reminds me of a Titec Scoper with an easier-to-operate QR.

Granted it would add a lever back to the bar, but if I took my Titec Scoper and scared up an ol' IRD remote seatpost QR, hooked up a thumbie. . . .
