I just bought a used '07 Boxxer Worldcup and the rebound knob won't turn. Has anyone had a similar issue? Are the rebound assemblies prone to breaking? According to receipts, this fork was just serviced by Wheelworld (but not sold by them). Tough to imagine they missed this.

Don't know if it helps, but I had mine set to the min. and i must have knocked it. It was extremely hard to turn, I had to use a hex kex instead of the knob. Once I 'broke' it loose, it was fine thereafter.

But don't force it too much.

The bolt holding the lowers on is probably too tight. pull the red knob off with your hands, and use a 5mm hex to loosen the bolt a little bit. Put the knob back on and see if it turns.
