[Squid96]

After a hard crash while riding on my bike with 2007 boxxer WC forks, I noticed the floodgate controller on top of the motion control component had popped out above the compression dial. Where it previously sat flush on top of the compression dial - it now sits a few mm above it, and can no longer be adjusted, seemingly stuck in place.
I've taken it to the local bike shop and searched various other sites, some say to just keep riding or attempt to hammer it back in and making do with out the gate adjustments. But If anyone has any suggestion on what could be done to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated!!
