up at this hour because Baby Aya needed extended snuggles after sundry complaints (first neck then leg). She may not be doing her all day lesson today, which has a whole secondary cascade of things for our schedule. That we had to re treat the house for swallow bugs (a few in one bathroom and more in another) is also distressing my mind at this hour.

all will be rosier mentally when it’s not the dead of night. Wife at least is of a peaceful mind, snoring very softly next to me like a baby.

Disconnect pipe. Use cable to melt ice. Run cable properly. Remount pipe. Profit.

i always found it much easier to manage the kids on my own when wife is out of town. hopefully you will too.
