Anyone have the numbers for 2004 Z150 needing an oil change?

Bump. I'm gonna change my oil soon and need to know. If I end up taking it to the shop, I'll figure it out and let you know.
50mm from top of stanchions full compressed. make sure you pump the compression tube to fill it up with oil before you measure. I'm 160 and have done some pretty big stuff with out bottoming or any air preload. You may have to fine tune the height to your ride style.

I'm 160 pounds, and use 60mm from top of stanchion. Very little air in both legs (doesn't even register on the psi guage). If measuring by volume, right leg gets 165cc and left (ETA side) gets 150cc
From the tip top not where the treads end. I recommend Golden Spectro oil.
