Odyssey Team bmx grips. Love 'em! On every bike from my xc racer to the dh. Cut the flange off. Put on dry w/ air compressor & safety wire secured. Not a fan of lock-ons or those vile Oury blobs.

Ourys are good for bigger hand but they are very hard. Raceface has a fat grip that is more comfy but it is a lock on.
I have a medium sized hand and love my SDG/ODI grips. These feel amazing. Wear down very slow. Look very good and perform amazing in all condition!
