I need advice, please, on which replacement bottom bracket I should buy for my original Saint cranks. So the external type, for a 73mm BB shell.
Do I replace with another Shimano unit, or go for something like a Hope, Chris King or other? Should I go for ceramic bearings or stick to stainless? I'd like it to last a long time. I don't mind paying more for a high quality unit as long as it out lasts cheaper alternatives.
I ride DH mainly in the UK and the European Alps.
