Have you found anything good? I've been using Voomaxer myself, which is an online tool but it's not very in-depth at all. I had spent a huge amount of time creating a Numbers spreadsheet as my training log, but for some reason I've never really started in with it.
Yes, go to bodybuilding.com and click on exercises and training. They provide free training logs/excercies that you can print out. You can also go to menshealth or womenshealth and print out some good logs and info.
