I have an 2004 Haro Extreme and looking into things now to get what I want out of it ill need to put more money into it. So should I just upgrade it (new fork, etc...) or sell it and start with something better. I do both cc and some drops/urban. What do you think?

Depends on how much money you want to spend.

If you're planning on upgrading a significant portion of the parts on the frames (namely brakes, wheels, fork, drivetrain), then buy a new bike - big companies can put together a parts kit much cheaper than you can.

If you're only planning to throw a new fork on it, maybe new wheels next year, maybe new cranks the year after that.. Then it's probably worth upgrading to save yourself some money. Especially considering how new the bike is.
