Hey man, cool on the Turner because it makes me think you've probably been riding in recent years and not just work work work. I hope all is well and you'll keep me posted if you make it to Sundance one of these years. You'll always have a place to stay here.
The last few years my 2 wheeled escapades have mostly been of the motorized variety. But I'm starting to get the urge to ride bicycles again.
If I'm ever in your neck of the woods I'll def. let you know. And if you're ever anywhere near here let me know.

Stop bumping this thread! Everytime I see it on top I have my hopes high.....and then need weeks of psychotherapy to get over the trauma. :(

I got a chance to ride with doc and terry for a few days at whistler last year, some of the coolest and most down to earth people. Even invited me to their condo for lunch! Man that bike was smooth, got to hop on it for a bit. And yes, I tried to bribe him into making one, doesn't sound like its ever going to happen :(

Heres a shameless pic of me leading doc through the park :D IMG_0069.jpg

they used to be part of Brooklyn Machine works, then shipped off to some ungodly place where the rocks are tiny and the hucks have transitions...

likely just coincidence. link to the review?
Didn't find it online. It is in DIRT 152. Quote:
'The argument for steel frames is the "softer" ride quality and having ridden a few hardtails and full suspension bikes including most recently a SuperCo I certainly found this to be the case.'

thanks. seems just like more of a discussion on materials. being that this is dirt (ie UK), i doubt that doc was over there testing a proto. IIRC the photographed silencer was 1/1 and was docs personal bike.

Could he be referring to the superco hardtails?

In case you missed it this morning in the bmw porn thread, I’m selling my babies, including the Silencer (which is one of three. Doc and our SLC friend still have theirs.)

Interested parties can DM or text my same old 212# with an offer.
