Not sure what is in store for today. Perhaps a cruise up north for a beer on a nice patio next to the lake.

Met the guy with the STi and Forester hitch thing yesterday. What a cool dude. His STi was immaculate and is probably the nicest/cleanest one I have ever seen. Him and his girlfriend are avid bikers and both of them drive modified cars (other is a diesel Golf). He's selling it to make room for a Cayman GT4, so of course I'm going to try to talk my friend into buy it. :D

Obligatory no rain here today comment.

Morningish Monkeys.

Not sure what is going on today. Little monkey is wiped from yesterday and one of the dogs has been sick since we got here, so Jen took him into town. Glad we pay a monthly fee at Bandfield, they are too busy to see him today and now she is on the hunt for another vet in Bend. Yay, vacation.

Howdy all. Not much sleep last night, with kid 1 still sick and kid 2 hungry. Costco this morning, finally, and then I sold my old iPad 2 for $40. I wasn't using it--too slow after iOS outpaced it.

Drove out to one of the local race tracks to watch some time attack competitions. There was some pretty cool cars there. Including this absolutely clapped out Ford Escort running on slicks, full cage and about 60 pounds of bondo. Guy had some serious problems though, he was shooting some massive balls of fire out the exhaust and couldn't really accelerate.

Turbos on everything! Except the V8 swaps in the Nissans and Miatas....

And I used my Ridemonkey growler for the first time today (???) for some water (???). Filled it with water and ice in the morning and literally just jumped it out about 4 minutes ago. It still had ice in it; awesome.

I have no idea where I am
I hate you people
How can you be so full of anger when it's jd's birthday ? No glitter for you !

Well as if it's a surprise, did another trail ride. Went to a local section that I hadn't been on in a few years because it's mostly flat with lots of slate pavers in spots and bridges with guard rails. I call it the Martha Stewart collection of trail design. But was able to achieve my goal of a nice long, (2:30 hrs) slow, and easy ride.

Now for salad...
