Anyone know of a place where I can find a yellow spring for a Fox 36 Van RC2 fork (165mm). I'm 220lbs.

If not, anyone know if a boxer spring has successfully been used in this fork?

What year is your fork?

Spring length is just based on travel, and I think the majority of Van 36s are 160mm travel. I'm sure ChrisRobin's is too, there was no 165mm version. The 180mm ones are much less common (and quite distinctive with extended lower leg) so I'm pretty sure your spring will work for him.

That's what I figured. If I remember correctly there are different part numbers?

I heard along the years the lowers may have had slight internal changes (I only heard this) but the springs should be compatible. Mine is a 2008 or 2009. If you have one you don't need, hook me up! Thanks!

Is it one of the 3 springs that came with it? If so, I should have it laying around, as my old 36 is of a similar vintage.

This is the one I have. Its yours if you want it. I only used it for a few kilometers, before I turned around on the trail and took it out. Way too stiff for me.
