well.. not really "mine" at all.. but i work at a local machine shop. about 3 manual ol timer bridgeport guys, and 2 cnc programmers and operators ( me being one of them ) and one tig/mig welder ( me )

i have been thinking of making something simple like stem spacers. i got a northshore billet spacer and i was looking at it and for the price tag i kinda chuckled (although it did have nice etching and anodizing to it).. apart from making the fixture, programming and operation time can be very quick.
in another thread, ( i think it was @kidwoo ) had a link to a quite expensive, but a pretty, trail making "rake" which seems quite easy.
we just got a milltronics mm18 VMC and iv been lucky enough to be the one operating it

so after 3:30 pm weekdays, and all weekends.. that cnc and welder sit there... wanting to be used..

any thoughts?!

That's a variation of one of these, which already cost too much but I've plopped down for a few of them already

They're kind of pinner though, made out of some stamped thin shit that bends if you get too aggro with rocks.

There's also this, which is about 2/3 the size, much thicker metal plate, better at grubbing plant life than moving dirt and rocks

That BTR one looks like a nice hybrid of the two. That's the first one I've seen like that, hence my joy. The bigger rogue thingy is about 75 bucks and people definitely buy them.

Yes! I've made some of my own VERY crude ones in the days before NS, and recently when i no longer had machine shop access I had to buy those incredibly over priced NS ones. If you make some, I'll buy a whole bunch. A LOT.

Bro...rogue's are the best...have 4 and they are gnarly...so sharp..only thing I would change is the blade has a little too much angle on the 70hr...

Ive got 2 70HRs, 55A and a 115FR....they definitely take care of business in rocky terrain with some hard shrubbery....now my only problem is getting people to actually come swing them...I guess thats one downside of building things most people would be too scared to ride

Double clamp Go-Pro/ActionCamera mount.

Clamped to both stanchions, camera sits between them in front of the head-tube - where a number plate would be (hell add a little bracket to hold the number plate, or even better make it a quick release and swap between camera, number-plate, old-school style (bar-mount) bottle holder, or the ever popular basket (pooch not included)

I picked up a 70HR54, 70H and 80RH this year. I was just going to get the 70HR54, 70H but the local distributor who also runs a trail building company said his guys prefer the 80RH. I have to say he wasn't wrong, it's quickly replaced my pulaski as my go to tool for digging. My pulaski now sits on the side and only gets pulled out for big roots and when it gets a bit too rocky.

I've barely used the 70HR54. It's no where close to the 80RH for digging and I prefer a cheap hard rake for any raking I do. I find it's best use is for tamping, and as my daughter and I discussed the other day it would definitely be my weapon of choice for the zombie apocalypse.

xd driver bodies for shimano (or some other "most common") hubs?

low probability of sending someone to their death, but probably quite a machining challenge.

and oh so enduro

You know, like this:

But for this:

Not sure if it's even possible, but retrofitting would could be cool for wheels that shouldn't be disgraced with a shram hub. Maybe for mavic hubs? Maybe "they" already make that?

dt swiss, hope, mavic...........yeah pretty much everyone makes those EXCEPT for the company who wants you to buy their own drivetrain stuff.
I wonder how many wheelset/hub sales they will lose as a result? Especially with OEM. Previously, you could run a shimano hubset with "premium" sram crap bolted onto it, but NO MORE!
