With 2011 comes a change in Pivot's line. The introduction of the Phoenix for downhill solidifies them as a legitimate player in the race game. Thanks to the support of Mitch Delfs and Kyle Strait, it's already race proven.

The Phoenix will come in small, medium and large. It will have decal kits in white/orange, white/green, black/orange, black/blue, black/green, and white/blue. Colors for everyone!

With 207mm of travel, the Phoenix is ready for the rough courses. It will also have exchangeable dropouts to change the bike's angles to suit different race courses.

Bike companies, such as Pivot, are really catching on to the fact that a lower center of gravity is beneficial for a race bike. The shock and linkage are mounted very low on the Phoenix.

The Phoenix will also use Cane Creek's new AngleSet headset, offering 3 different head angle options via a simple adjustment.

One of the key features of this bike is its use of dw-link. The extremely popular suspension platform is showing up on a bevvy of bikes this season, and its presence on the Phoenix is a huge asset to the bike.

Pivot's not stopping with the Phoenix, though, here is the dw-link equipped Firebird.

The Firebird has 167mm of travel, a 1.5 headtube, and comes in a multitude of colors both anodized and powdercoated.

The Mach 5.7 is Pivot's all mountain bike, sporting a tapered headtube, dw-link and 145mm of travel.

The Mach 4 is a women's specific XC bike that comes in a huge variety of sizes to accommodate even the smallest riders.

Damn, nice! Adjustable headtube angle, replaceable dropouts for more geometry customization, and a changeable decal kit.

The bikes look sweet, and add to that the customization - what's not to like?
