Does it make sense to change my oil to RSFf 7.5 from 10 as the bike works best backed off on all comps?So have a plenty range.

I do want more HSR, so would 1 more face shim compensate and add more damping considering the slight reduction in Cst?
I currently run 1 click too much LSR but its too harsh that way.
The other issue im hoping to solve is the variable of fade on the long tracks. Having a thinner oil should keep the rebound more consistent.

No first hand experience but I have done a fair bit of digging and common sense and most sources will agree that changes in oil will have a larger effect over an orifice vs a shim stack, so there will be a bigger change in low speed damping than high speed.
