So, i am putting this brake on my DJ, but the line is too short..
This is the brake i have:

According to the site, i need a 104 kit.

although i can tell its already missing the caliper banjo fitting.. can i just buy this and add to the kit? safe to assume i still need o-rings?

Jagwire makes a good one too. I have a Goodridge kit on one of my bikes and a Jagwire on another. For a DJ bike, I would recommend the Jagwire simply for weight.

interesting. i have heard both good and bad things about jagwire and goodridge.

the elixirs on my friends bike have jagwires and he cant keep a good bleed on those brake to save his life (lever goes straight to bar). although im not sure if thats the line or the brakes themselves.

the jagwire lines were changed like 2-3 years ago. the old style lines had a problem with expanding when pressure was applied to the brakes so the levers always felt spongey. any jagwire kit you buy these days doesn't have that problem, they changed the lines and they are OEM quality. I think they are made in the same factory as the Avid OEM lines. I really have no complaints about either kit.
