Right now my bike is 35.3lbs. Whats a good place to start dropping weight?
Wheelset? Right now I have Alex DM18 Double Wall 32h rims with Formula Disc Brake Cassette 32h hubs.

Tires... Go tubeless.
I have in the front Kenda Blue Groove 2.35 and a Kenda Nevegal 2.35 in the rear. What would I have to do to go tubeless with these tires and rims?

you could get lighter wheels, find out how many grams your rim and hubs weigh and find something lighter, but still strong
go tubeless, if you get a new wheelset see which rims are best with stan's conv

pedals(flats)- wellgo magnesium pedals can save 1/2lb or so, they weigh 375g, most other pedals weigh 550g or more.

seat- smaller saddle can easily save 1/3lb.

seatpost and handlebars- some are heavier than others

often web sites list the weights of items. do some research on all the parts you have compared to other parts. don't go so light you will brake stuff though.

We don't know where to save major weight off your bike without you telling us the specs.
With saving weight, it's best to go for the most economical solutions, get the best dollar per gram-saved radio.
And don't sacrifice strength/practicality in order to save weight, as that costs you more in the long run.
