i know theres a seam in the wheel somewhere ( i think )
i just dont like how it removed/ kinking the paint off

If that is opposite the valve hole then it is just the rim seam. I wouldn't be too worried as it looks like a little paint is coming off from rim flex.

Yeah, that's definitely at the seam. Looks like it's just a pinned (as opposed to welded) joint and it's flexing a little. Nothing to worry about.

I wouldn't worry about it until it starts breaking spokes on the regular.
