I rode hard for 6+ hours today...

And I can barely move, I can only imagine what i'm going to feel like in the morning. Anything I can eat, drink,etc... for the soreness?

Stretch.
Drink a beer.
Stretch again.
Drink another beer.
Drink another beer.
Take two Aleve.
Drink another beer.
...and if you haven't passed out yet, drink another beer.

You may still be sore as hell the next morning but at least you won't feel guilt about drinking all that beer since you pre-"rode it off" :)

he's right. I rode for a while today and now im drinking beer :thumb:

i'm pretty sure the cealis disclaimer says to call a doctor after 4 hrs.
maybe rub one out for good measure.

I also did a long-ass 7 hour ride on Sat. If you really want to be able to move the next day, beer is probably the worst thing to drink, unfortunately. :(

protein bar
stretch
water
stretch
water
stretch
water
sleep
;)

Of course, beer is more fun. :drool:

My ultimate cure for the ride soreness :

- drink orangejuice
- smoke weed
- hot tub -> minimum 40minutes
- stretch
- sex with girlfriend
- smoke weed
- sleep

that's it.
