SOLD - 2012 Fox 40 RC2 FIT damper downhill fork.
203mm travel, ti coil spring installed (lighter and heavier coil springs included).
Externally adjustable spring preload, rebound, high speed compression and low speed compression.
I'm the 2nd owner. When I got the fork it had minimal scratches on lowers. I removed the lowers to clean and service and applied 3M clear tape to all the contact areas. So it's pretty clean, but not as-new. Kashima coated stanchions are perfect. Serviced regularly with genuine Fox seals and fork oil. The fork is buttery smooth, very stiff and ready to ride.
One of the lower crown bolts is rounding out, but luckily the crown height is where I want it. I will include a few brand new Fox crown bolts with the fork. You'll have to remove the old bolt if you decide you want to adjust the lower crown height. I believe it's set just a few mm over max travel.
Steerer tube is cut to fit a large DH frame with a few spacers for adjustment, so I'm sure the fork will fit any other frame.
