What's up guys.

I've been given the blessing of having the day off from work tomorrow, and I was thinking of driving up to Plattekill to do some riding. I have a few questions, but my main one is if it is worth it to go up there during the week. I've never been to a resort before and this will probably be the only time I will be able to go this summer. I know the lifts do not run during the week. Would this be much of a problem if I am willing to walk up? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if you are allowed ride p-kill when the lifts aren't running. I would find-out cause its gonna suck to take a long drive to get kicked out. For that go to Vanny, Saxxon Woods, or somewhere local or go to Whitecastle just don't drive 3 hrs to get kicked out it aint worth it.

I appreciate the replies so far. I called up and was told that I can go and ride the trails. Just the lifts don't run. I don't know if I am dedicated enough to go hiking up a mountain with my bike though.
