Ok I was riding it and all of a sudden it gets really, really soft, bottom it my just pussing, and the rebound is so much it feels like the lowers are going to shoot off the fork. whats going on?

sounds like you may have blown your rebound and compression. It happened to me on my '03 boxxer. I sent it back and they waranteed it.
