Antidote bikes have now released pic's of a Carbon fiber swingarm to fit their Lifeline frames on their facebook page,they have been testing the swingarm for a while now and now they finally make them ready for the public.Most importendly is they saved aprox 300g! over the alu swingarm and you won't have to be using their own chainguide any more.
Basic information
- swingarm is aprox. 300g lighter then aluminum
- you can mount standard chainguides from other brands
- swingarm is fully compatible with every previous LifeLine front triangle (can be order separately)
- you will see it with new LifeLines
One thing they forgot to mention is that with this carbon swingarm you have more room for the rear shock,so you won't probably have to take out the rear shock for making any adjustments.Both the Lifeline alu and carbon will be even lighter especialy the carbon DH model that is already a 3kg frame with alu swingarm.
