IIRC yes it affects high speed. fluid "weight" is really a measure of viscosity, which affects how it flows through the ports, regardless of which part of the suspension circuit is active
My logic says that oil passes through the slots will go more smoothly
But oil that needs to break through Shims, will still need to use force. so maybe it dosent matter for high speed?
My head says heavier weight (higher viscosity) fluid will always have more resistance and flow slower. Both low and high speed. How much will you notice is debateable....
