Ok here is my take on this. You could use the 7.5wt oil, I wouldn't, but will over dampen the shock. Yow will have more compression, and slower rebound. The seals might blow out under big hits.
Go back to your specialized dealer and measure your sit bones (ask them to measure your wiener bones). The phenom is an awesome saddle. The henge is very short wide and flat, the phenom is a more traditional shape.
