    This was a weird one - no pics. Was delicious though! 50/50 ground lamb and turkey burger, well salted on a toasted sesame seed burger bun with momofuku chiki crunch, S&P roast broccoli bits, and a schmear of chunky peanut butter

    Of course. But this was done mid - pandemic time, when some stuff was getting tough to get. And it looked as if it might remain so for a bit. A few spare cassettes, chains and derailleurs. Also brake pads. Anyway, I'm not ditching the stuff for a long time. Have spares and it all just works so...

    Agreed. I figure by the time i blow through all of my eleven speed stash there will be a nicely developed gx level version at a price point that won't make me want to vomit.

    Stocked up on my preferred 11 speed stuff early on during Plague Time. Man, that stuff is great. From either big brand. I've got massive bike part lust for Transmission drivetrain stuff, but just can't do it until my spare pile is gone. It all just works so well.

    My knowledge of riding around there is now 20 years out of date. Plus I was up in Longmont and didn't get down there very often anyhow. So I see photos like that and just assume it Must Be Palmer!
