Think the seatpost and seat can go fully in without hitting the tire under full bump? If so, this frame just sold one more to me...
I doubt the seat can go all the way down though with that much travel.

My first car was a drag-built 1957 Chevy 210 Post, and my g/f's first car was and still is a (now upgraded) AWD turbo 1998 Eclipse GSX. Neither of us have gotten in accidents and I only have a few speeding tickets from normal driving.

I have advice (that legally, you shouldn't take): if you are in a college town and a party is broken up, run. Head past, through, and over police and police cars; remember, they can only grab a few. It's like attacking a herd on the African Savanah.
