I had a Haro Steel Reserve 1.1 (rigid) and I HATED it, it just felt heavy, and dead, and awkward in the skatepark on smaller transitions. I just got a p24 and I love it, it feels like a BMX, I can manual longer than I've been able to on any bike. It's light... comes well spec'd... The only...
I thought I'd post my new(ish) bike, a 2010 Haro Steel reserve 1.1. I bought this bike as my first excursion into 26" "freestyle" bikes. I rode BMX for 3 or 4 years, moving on to mountain biking about 3 years ago. When i bought a 20" it just felt too small. Bikes have been my main source of...
I rode Mather today, it was hella fun!! This was my first time riding a concrete skatepark, and riding a 26" on any real terrain. I have to say I'm petty happy my bike, but I think I may need to invest in a 24" with some pegs. I'll be out at Mather again tomorrow for sure.
I'm just getting back into riding after riding mountain bikes and road bikes for the last couple of years, before that I rode 20" bikes, mostly dirt jumping but a little street. I'm gonna go ride around downtown tonight, I've also been riding a little along the riverwalk in west sac.
I got a new 26" bike and I'm looking for good places to ride near midtown/ downtown or accesible by light rail. I remember seeing a couple jumps by the tent city a few months ago, which I haven't checked out yet. One of these days I'll make it out to the folsom bike park. I've also been...
how soon do you anticipate selling out... I think I'll definitely be interested after the holidays (or during depending on how much loot I end up with)
I ordered a Haro Steel Reserve 1.1 last week and I can't wait for it to get in the shop. I know it's a pretty basic bike, but it seemed like a good deal for a bike to play around on. I've been on BMX bikes for 6 years, less so in the last 2 since I moved and started commuting by bike, I also...
I just bought a Haro steel reserve 1.1 and I need a new seat and post to replace the crap it came with. I've never ridden a pivotal post on my BMX but I'm thinking about buying one for the Haro.... I don't run my seat slammed so I'd need one of the longer ones: redline, primo, or macneil
also...
in more than one way, but these guys were killing it on bikes like the one I use as a commuter, that is sick!
anybody have more extreme MTB from BITD??
So I'll need a smaller chainring for the Method and a set of Evo2's in copper w/ matching monolever... good to know
I have been waiting for this thread!
