i had a pair of 5.1s on my sunday and they were way too soft. I weigh around 130 lbs and mine had 6 cracks and looked like a stop sign after 3 races, so i would recommend a different set of wheels.
i have the new black ones and i love them, i haven't had any trouble with the loops at all and i rode them all season. although i haven't tried the sam hill ones on, so i cant really say the difference.

you can get them a lot lighter than a sunday, my friend had one that he got down to 36 lbs, compared to my sunday, that has a nicer build, and weighs 39 lbs. So some people might argue that it is a good race bike, even though the sunday rides better, and thats what really matters.
