How to keep busy when broken

Yeah, Ive cut it down to about 1-2 beers a week now. The caffeine on the other hand is a little more difficult to limit.

How to keep busy when broken

Actually I have been brewing, but Im not drinking as much now because I don't want it to get in the way of the healing. Right now Ive got a choco stout sitting. Im either thinking an oatmeal stout or maybe a lager is up next.

How to keep busy when broken

I was really curious how they drive the nail into the marrow canals, especially after I saw how bad the bruising was around my @$$ near the top incision.

How to keep busy when broken

I got banned from r/mtb a long time ago because one of the admins was a bag or crate of douchery. Im trying to decrease couch time and increase something else that doesnt make me have the cripple mindset. I wish I had an ear for music, but unfortunately stubby fingers and no gift of sound...

How to keep busy when broken

I always thought that intramedullary robs were on the outside of the bone and screwed to the side to keep it straight, but after quite a bit of research I found they are actually within the marrow canal of the bone. Mega cool but also kind of weird when you think of it. Im crazy interested in...

How to keep busy when broken

Was at Seven Springs a little over a month ago and took a pretty nasty digger breaking my femur, 2 ribs, and put a nice tear in my rotator cuff as well. Got a rod put into my leg and had to learn how to walk all over agian. Today was my first day I walked into work without crutches, but Ive...

Seven Springs Bike park staff Big THANKS

It was a mid femur break, clean through. Apparently aluminum bars are harder than bone. They need to work on those jumps more but Im sure they wont changed minus minor work until someone goes legal or something. Im just greatful they acted so quickly.

Seven Springs Bike park staff Big THANKS

Just wanted to throw a bike thanks out there to the Seven Springs Park staff this weekend for getting me off the ground and getting me to the car so that I could get out of there. They could not have been more professional and helpful. Thought I didn't think anything was broken turns out I...

Which adjustable seatpost has the shortest seatpost

Which company has the shortest post for the adjustable posts they have out right now. I have an x-fusion hilo right now and Im not a fan of how at full extension with the seatpost slammed its way above my sitting height. I want a post that I could put down far enough so that at full extension...

Gravity East 2013 Race #1, Duryea Downhill, USA Cycling PA State Championship Race

Ill second what Demo9 said, it was definitely one of the best races I've been to in the past few years. Gotta give all the organizers and all involved a big props. If you didn't come out to race just to save a few skrills, you lost out. Sucks to be you.

    2007 boxxer advice?

Boxxers are very simply to rebuild. If you google 2007 RS boxxer service you should be able to find the guide fairly easily. Ive rebuilt mine a number of times and its done wonders for it. The Avy damper is another avenue you could explore if you want it to feel like a new fork but itll cost...

Anyone run a 12X135 axle on Sun ringle Chargers or black flags?

Ive got some clicking in the rear hub that Im guessing is the skewer or 9mm adapter. Going to call ringle to see what they have to say but im guess this is the problem. I want to swap out to a 12mm axle but I haven't heard if they are worth the money or not. Anyone with any experience or info?
