Weird Handlebar/cockpit reconstructed shoulder issue
I second the the grip idea, find the thinest and thickest grips you can and mount them up, it will not be much but should help a little. Same with gloves, my Da Kines are really thick but my TLD are ultra thin. Good Luck- GiantRider

Goggles with prescription glasses?
I tried the Rx goggles as did my wife and a buddy of mine. We all had trouble with them making us cross eyed and it threw off our depth perception. Teva vs FiveTen
I have the had Impacts for years and now I own a pair of the Teva Pinner's, the Teva is way more comfortable and conforms to the pedal much better than the 5.10.
