thats almost as impressive as bass getting signed on his first day on a mountain bike
and having never competed on a mountain bike, and to top it off winning crank works.

the best way i can think to accomplish that is to take a normal cassett and just pull it apart and have the two gears that you want in the back. just make sure to keep them close enough so that your chainline doesnt get out of whack when your switching between them.
if you use your original hub you have to get a spacer kit for it so your chain line isnt all out of whack, and so that the gear does not move around on the freehub. now if you have the option of horizontal dropouts for your frame then that is all you have to do is put it in he horizontal...
no knee/shin is going to stop the pain. it will just deaden the blow and hopefully save your knee from being shatterd. if i was you though i would look into some dainese stuff, or the tld combat guards.

i thik it deffintaly has tons of potential later on in the season but ryan deffinatly needs all the help we can give him. all in all it was a great opening weekend and it just let us all see what it needs, and we can only improve upon what ryan has laid down.
