Harrisonburg is one of the few places that I wouldn't mind moving to. There is an unbelievable amount of quality trails in every direction from town. To take advantage of it you need to pedal, but its totally worth it.
I tried a set last summer. Set up tubeless, didn't weep from the sidewalls. However they wore out at an incredibly fast rate compared to, say, a Butcher.
Done that about 4 years ago now. Pinkie finger though. Mine was a little unique in that it didnt heal right at first (4 weeks in), so had surgery on it, then another 6 weeks later it had healed crooked, so had another surgery which finally fixed it. Total time was 4.5 months... For a stupid...
Agreed. The problem is that the issue with the master cylinder is really hard to replicate on purpose. From what I have been told, most of the time it happens when the lever is set up really close to the bar with very little lever throw before the pads bite the rotor. And given my own...
Do you run your brake lever really close to the handlebar? Sometimes when you have the lever set up super close to the bar, and you have your finger on the brake pulling the lever in ever so slightly, barely dragging the brakes, it will suddenly loose power until you let go of the lever to...

So what's up with your fork? I was pretty convinced I needed one too, but after riding it for a while I don't feel that way anymore. I'm a lightweight so I have about 1/4 inch of "negative" travel when the fork is unweighted but that doesn't bother me and the guy at Fox reminded me that just...
Yeah I'm happy with the stock negative spring and ~58-60 PSI; with the air chamber in the most linear setting. It felt really good along with the air shock on the back as well.
