England Riding

I will be heading to the UK next week and was wondering if anyone had any information about rentals and trails in England. We will be staying at the inlaws in Hove (near Brighton, south shore) but will be traveling around a bit since they are retired. I could probably convince them to go somewhere to do something else while I bike. I'm up for just about anything. I consider myself a pretty good techy xc/am rider but I'm not in the best of shape right now.

Thanks for the offer but we've been back for a few weeks now. We had a great time even though I didn't get to bike. The weather was great for all 10 days we were there. We probably won't be going back anytime soon with a new baby coming but I will keep you in mind for next time.
