I looked at the sequence and its the wind tunnel! Im 235lbs and used everybit to fight it, I cant imaginge being a buck 50.

There's his problem right there, you need both hands and feet on the bike. Other wise the management of such relative intensity, caused by penumbra and other such factors. Becomes over whelming, unless of course your Sam Hill. He may handle such an exuberant state of zen. Still he needs both hands, but only one foot to be involved in the process.
