Any cigar smokers here?
After quitting smoking cigarettes 7 years ago a friend bought me my first cigar after passing paramedic school. I only smoke once a week to two weeks but man its relaxing, especially with a good beer and company. I'm still new to this and have only tried a handful of brands. Do any of you fellow monkies recommend a new smoke to try?
Current favorites
Padron 1926
Ashton VSG
Graycliff Chateau Gran Cru
Oliva Serie V and G
Carlos Torano Exodus 1957

Tried it once, hated the taste in my mouth the next day. It was some sort of Cuban that my uncle recommended.

Best cigar I ever smoked was from a roadside stand in Pinar del Rio. Wish I had cleaned the guy out when I was there.

Holy sh!t, you smoke three of those a week? My house be forclosed upon! I like Hoyo De Monterrey Excalibur 1066. Their about $5-$7 a piece. They're a little cheaper than your standard fare. I'm not knocking you, if i could afford to smoke more expensive cigars, I would!

On the cheap at the moment. Working on a box of Romeo Y Julieta Belicosos.
Been enjoying the pipe lately with a 50/50 blend of Middleton's Cherry and Sir Walter Raleigh. Damn good stuff there.

My favorite is currently is Arturo Fuente's Any of them, Or Romeo and Julietta's<SP> again any of them. Good Cigar for a decent price.
Also one I really like is a John T's crowd pleaser's. They use more pipe tobacco in them, they are really smooth and about 6 bucks each.

I like Its-a-Boy's, myself.
My wife rolled me a few at Don Pedro's in Costa Rica, best cigars ever. Nothing beats a cigar rolled by a hot chick.

i simply refuse to smoke the dominican or puerto rican rip offs of cuban cigars. I know its not their fault the factories were stolen, but once you've had real cohiba, partagas, romeo y julieta, montecristo etc there's just no going back. same applies to bacardi rum. it's simply inferior to havana club
