Sweet ride, Greg. Glad to see you back on the bike. I wish I could have made it, but 3 1/2 hour drive is a bit much for a ride.

Return to Otis - Part II

There were three of us who couldn't ride Saturday so we went to Otis today. BadDNA rode both days and was nice enough to shuttle us to the trailhead.

Loading up for the trip down to the Cape:

Loaner bike from Milford Bike for me today:

Greg's shinny new red Bullitt. It's one of the older models that has been on the wall at MB for quite awhile and Jeff hooked him up with a sweet deal:

One of the many riding features at Otis:

    Playtime:

    Testing out the Jamis:

    The Bullitt in action:

    badDNA and Greg JRA:

    Vos:

    badDNA on a roll:

    The approach to the roll:

    A small hit:

The end of the day. We stopped at the car wash to rinse off the bikes. While we there, Vos noticed the diner in the background. Nothing like a burger after a ride:

Steve - it looks like that Jamis was not enough bike for your type of riding - or did it perform fine?

It was OK. Biggest problem was the frame was only a medium and I felt a little cramped on the bike. My only other option on the day would have been my NRS or a hardtail.

Hopefully I'll get the Enduro back this week - I miss it. The new reinforced rear triangle is supposed to show up soon.
