    click "Go Advanced" then "Manage Attachments"-> "browse" -> "Upload" etc etc.

    you cant be in the quick post thing at the bottom of the page. you have to actually hit reply. its down towards the bottom.

    You can also upload to the photo gallery(look under the RM logo at the top of the page) and then copy/paste the link in the box below the picture.
